I'm trying to publish a feature layer through local instances of Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS for Server and the ArcGIS Data Store. In our architecture, all applications are on a disconnected network. When I try to publish a simple shape file or feature class, it takes about 10 minutes. Once it finally publishes the geometry that is displayed is very chunky and has poor resolution. I've reviewed ArcGIS logs, OS logs, etc. and I cannot seem to find any definitive indicator as to why the delayed publish and/or poor geometry display are occurring. Anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone provide any ideas as to what could be wrong?
