AGS - no publishing/Error

Hi there,

i've got some problems with publishing a service. I think i ran into some user-rights problems. This is the error-message:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]28435[/ATTACH]


I've tried several things to give the Ags(10.1)-Account every right it needs on the server, but without any success.
Which folders in particular have to be writeable for the AGS-Account?

Try ping test from other machine. This behavior can occur after change in ip address of the server. It will be pointing to the old ip.

Thx for the answer. It was an User-Group setting in our Network.

But I've got another thing now. I've published a service successfully, but i'm not able not view with
the REST API (arcgis javascript). After clicking on the Service, the page is blank. Also, there is
no REST-URL in the service properties.

Do i have to change/add/install anything else in 10.1, so that the REST-API is working?
