How to join repeat related records with the parent table records

Hi All,

When a Survey123 form is designed with repeats, the data for the repeat is stored in a separate related table in its feature layer. The parent table is named "survey" while the related table is named for the repeat. This storage of the data in two tables seems to create the following two problems.

1. When exporting the survey's data to Excel from the Survey123 website, the Excel file has two worksheets for the two tables. The data in the two worksheets is not straightforward to join into one table as the two worksheets have a different number of records. We would like to have one table with all records from the parent table and the related table. Is it possible to join the related table records with the records in the parent table in Portal for ArcGIS and have this single table exported from the Survey123 website?

2. Because of having two tables, it appears that it is not possible to design dashboards that need to use filters for fields in the related table.

Any help on the above two problems will be highly appreciated.

Thanks!
