Hi
I have a GP-Service which executes the Dissolve-Tool with given Input parameters. The result is displayed as a layer in ArcMap, data source is an InMemory Workspace/Feature Class. When rerunning the GP-Tool to get some updated result I get an new layer in ArcMap.
Unfortunately this is not what I want. I want the already existing layer - with all ist symbology, definition queries etc. - having his data source updated. So far I found no way/setting etc. to accomplish this.
Can somebody please give me a hint.
