I have added the esri world basemap as an item in my enterprise portal with saved credentials for arcgis online access. Then i have created a webmap and promoted as a basemap that i can use.
On this basemap, i am trying to run manage map area and i am getting this error

Any idea what it could be?
I also have support ticket with esri, no luck so far.
