We just finished setting up our ArcGIS Server environment to work with HTTPS. We have a web adaptor with one ArcGIS Server in its site. When I navigate to the rest services page for that site either through the web adaptor or the ArcGIS Server URL itself I do not see a Login or Get Token link in the upper-right corner anymore. Since all of the services are secure, this means I can't get access to any of them since I can't supply credentials. I even tried to manually navigate to the login page and enter my credentials. This seemed to work, but I still can't see any of the secured services I have access to. If I unsecure all the services I can see them. I feel like we are missing a setting somewhere in the pipeline or something. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
The ArcGIS Server security is setup as follows:
User Store/Role Store: ArcGIS Server Built-In
Authentication Tier/Mode: Web
