We are experiencing webmap timeouts on Portal 10.9.1 when certain maps contain services that have been overwritten. We think the issue occurs when map image layers have been modified within the webmap (popup config) but then services have been updated by either adding or removing layers within them.
Is it known behaviour for these services to hang if they've been overwritten in certain cases?
FYI, layer IDs are consistent and the setting has been checked to ensure unique IDs.
