If you haven't heard, ArcGIS Excalibur 3.0 has been released! Excalibur is a web application with a number of imagery based analysis capabilities and now supports video layers with the tandem release of ArcGIS Video Server. In addition, oriented imagery is now supported in the app with a host of other features recently added. Check out more in this post.

The team is hard at work on the next release of ArcGIS Excalibur! This release delivers a range of new capabilities that enhance observation management workflows, including a new, interactive tabular view of observation and context features, and a way to quickly navigate to a location on an image or map.
