You need to add routing utility for the Directions widget. It can be added from your organization or a URL. Sometimes, the routing utility may not work (due to accessibility or user error). When you add the utility, the referenced name may be duplicated (although two different URLs). My idea is allowing the Experience Builder creator or developer the ability to rename and/or remove a routing utility from the Route Settings list. See image attached.
