I have been trying to figure out how to do this, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas or knew how. I'm trying to place icons inside of a polygon. The polygon is an outline shapefile. I need to be able to place an icon inside of the outline, and I need to do it with python. The outline shapefile is also created with python and will change everytime the script runs? Thoughts? Thanks!
