Hello,

Just started working with ArcGis Explorer and find it amazing.  But, I'm stuck with something that should seem easy but I'm somehow missing it.  I have read several posts about re-writing code, inserting code, etc., but don't even know where these people are adding this info...  Anyway, my problem...

I would like to have two BaseMaps (ie Imagery with Labels & Physical or Topo) combined.  So, the Imagery with Labels would be the BaseMap and then I could change the 'transparency' of the Topo Map to my fancy.

Again, I'm a noob to this program.  Please help.

Thanks for any help on this matter.

Dave,

You could add the layers from http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/services and create your own basemaps exactly the way you want them.

Once you have added the data, and have it looking the way you want, you can save it as a basemap.
