Relative paths default

In version 9.3.1 I was able to set "Relative Paths" to data sources as the default for new maps.

How can this be set in Version 10.0?

I know in ArcMap it is under the Customize menu, ArcMap Options, General tab, click on "Make relative paths the default for new map documents"
