revoke license from Crashed machine

Hi,

I have authorized the arcgis desktop arcinfo 10-  1 license in a windows machine.

Now the machine is not rebooting or not responding. 

Pls. let me know how to revoke or return the license ?

From the sounds of it, this is a problem that is related to the full desktop version of ArcGIS not ArcGIS Explorer. There is a large difference in the two!

If you haven't already, I would recommend that you post this in the ArcGIS Desktop group instead of the Explorer group.
You might also try the Installation and Configuration group too.
