Setting the colors of a raster?

Hi. When you add raster data from ArcSDE onto a map is there any way to set the color it uses? I've tried adding the same one a few times and I get a different color every time. It's rather odd.

Are you adding the data to ArcGIS Explorer desktop?

ArcGIS Explorer does not have options for changing the cartographic display of a raster after it is added.
