My GIS department is looking for a way to use ArcExplorer in the Law Enforcement and other Public Safety vehicle laptops. Has anyone used ArcExplorer for this purpose? I have been to the Help, Forums, Blogs etc and cannot find any examples. The plan is to load our local street, addresses and basemaps layers similar to an internet map search system.
This way the local, most accurate data layer will be available in the vehicle's laptops.
Please send some feedback and tool suggestions.
