Zoom To Street

When clicking the Zoom to Street, I am seeing the underside of my map, as in underground looking up.

If I am underneath, I should be able to click Zoom to Street and see topside as well.

I want the same experience like Zoom to City.

For me, when I search for a street name, Explorer zooms to the street stays above the surface and goes back to plan view (while in 3D mode)

Is there a Zoom to Street tool that you're using that I haven't seen?

Apologies, I found the Zoom to Street tool you mentioned and I have the same problem
