I have a Field Maps application where I planned on using the long-press function to copy the address that the app automatically retrieves. This works fine for me, but I have a technician field testing the app and they are not able to get an address when long-pressing at any location, only coordinates are shown. Field Maps is being run on an iPad for both myself and the field tech and we are both looking at the same locations. My user type is 'Creator' and the field tech has a 'Mobile Worker' account. App is up-to-date and signals are good. Is there any other reason that I would be getting an address retrieved and the field tech would not? Is this function possibly restricted based on user type? Any help would be appreciated!
