Have a requirement that, We have a 10 to 30 users and able to login in to the app and see their jobs in the list ( it should be pulled from one table or view), when clicked on specific job, it should open a new screen with  data entry form which contains ( current date, time and barcode information to scan, etc.) and once they entered information, click on ok or submit to store the data in the database. in the back end, some one updates few more attribute information through some web application or need to scan the paper to capture weight information and barcode data. Mobile user has to see the update immediately or end of the day by updating the map and need to capture geo location  of user while submission.

What are the options available to make such app ?

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your needs around managing specific jobs in the field for your data collection workflows. I do have some exciting news to share. We are building a new capability in Field Maps, called "Tasks", which will provide a to-do list for mobile workers to complete specific jobs in the field. Mobile workers will be able to seamlessly complete jobs and perform their data collection or inspections all in one app with Field Maps!

We have an announcement around this in our blog article: The Future of ArcGIS Workforce and ArcGIS Navigator

We will open up a beta testing program later this year so customers can get in early and start testing the functionality and provide feedback. Watch the Field Maps Community blog for a notice.

I would like to ask you another question, is there a way to scan paper copy of ticket which contains several data about weight, destination, code etc.. and it automtically populate to specific fields instead manual typing of the data ?

Currently, Field Maps does not have the capability to read and capture inputs from a handwritten paper form to do data entry.

However, Field Maps can scan QR codes for data entry, if you have digital data sources that happen to be printed on paper. Here's our documentation on data input supported on forms.

You can also use Arcade to auto-populate fields from other sources.

How much data does QR Code hold? like if we have weight, destination, name, source, can we keep all information in one QR Code ?
