I have a field map user who cannot edit in his new phone Samsung Galaxy S21. The Field Maps is an inspection workflow, where the user clicks the asset and generates a new record in the editable table.
In the past, he had issues where he could edit the table but the required field which pulled his username came through as NULL. Also, the required autopopulate "Date of Activity" field didn't populate. These services are only shared to s small group of users to maintain a secured inspections table, yet he editing and generated records with items which completely ignored the Field Maps settings.
Today when he stopped by he had a device that hadn't had a system update since he received it - so he is running those updates tonight from his home WIFI.
When he logged into my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, he didn't have any issues, and the edits came through as expected.
Has anyone experienced this type of issue?
