Hi there,

I was hoping for some guidance on creating INSPIRE Feature Download Services. I have published the following service: http://MyGISServer:6080/arcgis/services/INSPIRE/CadastralParcels/MapServer/InspireFeatureDownloadSer... however, I get a HTTP 403 error when I try to view the Capabilities file in a browser. I am unable to view this WFS service in The Carbon Project software - Gaia. Is there an error in my URL?

Additionally, what is the typical URL structure of an INSPIRE Feature Download service protected using Con Terra? Can anyone provide an example?

which version of arcgis for inspire is used? the url can be slight different depending on versions, e.g.

typically for 10, it will be

http://server:port/arcgis/services/servicename/MapServer/InspireFeatureDownloadService?request=getca...

for 10.1 SP1 and after

http://server:port/arcgis/rest/services/servicename/MapServer/exts/InspireFeatureDownload/service?Re...
