Flows failing when 'Fetch Updates, Changes, or deletions from feature layer' action is done.

I have two flows that I created a few weeks ago that were working then, but when I was doing some testing on them today, I ran into and identical error with both of them. I have included the raw output for the action where the flow fails and the error message I receive.

I'm having the exact same error whether I'm testing the flow in the new or old designer.

I am also coming across this issue. It seems to be new starting sometime over the weekend of 4/28/2024 for me.
