Change logs for ArcGIS for SharePoint- v 2023.1.1.1362.2

 

Hello SharePoint Users! We are pleased to let you know of the new enhancements as well as bug fixes in the latest release of ArcGIS for SharePoint- v 2023.1.1.1362.2

You should see the updates immediately but, if you don’t see the changes, you may need to refresh or reload your SharePoint page. As always, please let us know  of any improvements you would like to see.

Bug Fixes

  • SharePoint List data with no geometry is no longer searchable in SharePoint search widget.
  • Document geotags pane  no longer shifts to the top left corner of the screen on undo geotagging
  • Group layer geotagging attributes are now  persisted with the map
  • Switching to a different Base map doesn’t deselect the selected features on the map
  • You can now clear selection by clicking outside any selection on the map
  • The Continue button is now enabled to allow users to access public content without entering a URL.
  • The dropdown selection doesn’t revert to the default connection but shows the URL textbox when connection is switched from the default.
  • The page no longer goes blank when Signed to the LDAP portal machine and your browser is refreshed.
  • Making selections on a map and printing now displays clearly.
  • Highlighted selection tool clears from previously selected method after pressing Esc key.

 

 

 

 

Enhancements

 

  • Viewers are now restricted from changing "Configure attributes" for geotagging, Viewers can only view (configured attributes), tag docs (if attributes configured by author) and geosearch.
  • You can now use the enhanced hybrid design of size range slider.
  • The measure tool now allows you to copy measurements and, has improved graphics.
  • A home button has been added to help you zoom to the greatest extent of the data on the map at any given time.
  • Disabling public sharing in ArcGIS org doesn’t show Everyone (public) option in "Share layer" and "Share map”.
