EM4O 3.0- Failed to sign in.

I installed EM4O 3.0 and Portal Resources for EM4O 3.0,but I cannot work it with Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.when I sign in portal 10.3,prompt “Failed to sign in”. But when I try to connect to www.arcgis.com, it works well.

Environment: Portal for ArcGIS 10.3、EM4O 3.0_x64、Portal Resources for EM4O 3.0、Office 2013 64bit，all in one machine。

OS ： windows 7
