ESRI map unable to display custom shape of areas within UK on Microstrategy 9.4.1

I am currently trying to create a custom shape to display postcode areas of the UK on an ESRI map however not shape is displayed despite me editing the config file on Microstrategy web 9.4.1 and also adding the custom shape as a new plugin.

I cannot find any solutions to this problem and any help would be appreciated.
