Geocoding addresses is not working

I create a Geocoding workflow for a list of addresses.
I enter the address, but ArcGIS for SP does not want to perceive it.
In how many ways I was trying to write addresses, but it still does not work.
Although in theory it should respond to the address in English and Russian languages,
respond to name of the country and the city (e.g. without a street) like a normal search engine.
P.S. Maybe I have to enter an address in a specific format?
