We got a key from Microstrategy and completed the setup for the cloud based ESRI. When using the Flash map widget, I get the following error message : com.microstrategy.utils.cache.CacheException...unable to find valid certification path to requested target
We are behind a firewall and suspect it's blocking the communication. What port/server is the cloud-based ESRI trying to connect to ?
