New ArcGIS for Sharepoint - Webpart keeps disappearing.

I am having some issues with the new app.

The site admin has added the app to our sharepoint. I then add the app to a specific site. Then in edit mode add the webpart.

But after configuring it in edit mode and saving or republishing it always disappears and the page reverts back to a basic template.

Anyone had similar issues or can help with troubleshooting?

@AndrewWalker3 - I haven't encountered this issue or heard this from any of our customers. Would you be able to send me a screen capture video?

@AndrewWalker3 a  follow up to the issue, have you fixed this issue? You can revert with a screen capture video like Raaj said.
