Can't install ArcGIS for Windows mobile 3.0 on my GPS unit

Hello all,

I just installed desktop 10.1 on my computer and now I'm trying to upgrade to ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 3.0. It installs on my desktop computer just fine, but as I'm installing it, it sends the file to my connected Ashtech MobileMapper 10 GPS unit and on the GPS unit is says "The installation of ESRI ArcGIS.CAB was unsuccessful". And that's it. I have a call in to Tech support but waiting for them to call me back.

Can anyone help? I hate trying out software that is so new! ek
