We are working with the ArcGIS Mobile for Window Mobile COTS application. How can we secure the Mobile Enable Map Services that we use in the Mobile Project? In Mobile project center there seems to be no way of adding secure services. What is the recommended scenario to enable mobile editing and on the field synchronization without using VPN on the mobile devices and at the same time protect access to the mobile enable map services? We are using Windows Mobile out of the box with no programmed.The problem is if I do the service public, everyone can access to it, but if I protect it I can't use it in Mobile Project or at least I don't know how to use this protected service in my device.
