There is an interesting problem with ArcGIS Mobile 10.1 in that when creating a new feature one can only get the feature during the
m_collectFeaturesTask_CollectionCompleted
event. If you want to modify attributes after you can get the feature and then get a FeatureDataRow. The issue though is you need to StartEditing() the feature before you can get the row (all fine so far) but at the end of the process you need to call StopEditing() which causes mobile to crash. No log file is generated either.
Thought I would post this to see if anyone has come across a solution. It is very awkward
