We are considering getting GeoEvent for our county. One use we would potentially like to use it for is tracking ballots as they travel to and from the polling locations. We have 305 polling places, and this feature would only be used 2 or 4 days out of the year (2 days for each election). That said we don't want or need a full fledged, fleet tracking gps setup. Each polling location has a MiFi that travels with the equipment. I'm wondering if the MiFi could be paired with an inexpensive GPS toggle or device of some kind that could report back it's location?
Does anyone know what might work in this situation?
