Having a trouble loading GeoPlanner on the embedded website.

Hello. My class is using Story Map of GeoPlanner and tried to embedded the Web Map to their website made by Wix.com. However, when I open their websites, the maps are unable to view and this error message comes up.

Is this due to a problem embedding the web map? I have tried to view in PC, Mac using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. I was able to load map from Safari but their layers were invisible.
