We have a deployment of Hub Basic and we're up to 10 government agencies that share content to our Hub. We employ data sharing guidelines, but they're just that, guidelines. We can't force users to address them, but it would be nice to. Is there a way in AGO/Hub/somewhere that would allow a small list of verification questions to be asked at the time of sharing content?
I.e. a user wants to share a feature layer to the Hub and when they select the group to share it to, they get a prompt/popup that says "Before sharing, please make sure you have addressed the minimum sharing attributes for your content".
Is there anything at all that would do something like this?
