Issue enabling Collaborative Events

Hi,

I'm having issues with events in one of our hub sites. When I click to enable collaborative events (as admin), I get the error: Something went wrong enabling collaborative events. (see below). Additionally, when I try and add an event as the administrator role I'll get a Page Not Found/404 error within the hub. 

Not sure if this would play into it at all, but we changed the URL to a custom domain after launching the hub site.
