what's the best way to delete hub site that is corrupted?

I just create a hub site by copying the other one. I chanted the title and the URL domain, but somehow I was not able to open the site (I have the admin access).

What's the best way to delete this hub site/page and groups then? just delete it from the item list? I used to delete other ones from the edit mode so I was not sure if deleting from the item list is the best way or not.
