Why do I have to keep refreshing to see data on ArcGIS HUB?

So I have uploaded my data to ArcGIS Online, placed tags, and created categories based on those tags.  Although there are times when I click on that category that I have to click refresh several times before the data shows up.  I do not want to users to think there is no data in there when they go to that category because it not showing up automatically.  Although, there are times when it does show up the first time so I am not sure what is going on.  I would like to use ArcGIS HUB as a way to get data to our team but if it is not showing up I don't want to have to tell people to keep hitting refresh and it should show up.
