Update Tile Cache on Non Federated Image Server

Greetings,

Publishing a mosaic dataset to stand along image server on ArcGIS Server (11).  If I add more images to the mosaic data set, is it possible to update the tile cache on the stand alone server?

"Manage Map Server Cache Tiles" gp tool will help regenerate tiles.
