I have long been searching for a solution to creating a customizable layout template for ArcGIS Online, and in my search I found The 'Exhibits' section of Instant Apps. While it seems like a step in the right direction, I am looking for the capability of having a scale and reference scale to put on the map. I understand there are the map area settings, but those do not come with a scale on the map.
