Where can I find the best starting point to create a mobile based javascript map? I just want it to have simple functionality like the basemaps, load my layers, info boxes, bookmarks and such.
I tried using the Basic Viewer but everything is tied back to the website. We have sensitive data that I can't just publish to this site or have any link to it. If I don't add it to the viewer it does not show up in the layer list or the contents list. Plus when I want to make changes I have to go back to this page.
