We have a situation where on initial page load some clusters randomly show one or more features more than expected. The extra features included in the cluster are usually very far away (like other side of the country at 10 000 scale). The extra features are dropped when the cluster recalculates during zoom events.

Here is an example:

The layer contains features with point geometry. The cluster has been configured with a popup that shows the feature ID and X/Y coordinates.

1. Note the cluster of 10 in the middle. In the popup you can clearly see one of the features is out of place given its X/Y.

2. zoom one step in

3. zoom one step out

4. notice the cluster now contains only 9 features

This is not the only cluster where we have noticed this, also not the only scale

Thanks for pointing this out. I can easily reproduce from your app. Can you contact Esri support and have them log an issue, so we can get this in our system to fix? That way you can also track the progress of the bug report.
