I have a problem with the ArcGIS Js 4.2 api and a featurelayer from ArcGIS Server 10.3 with approximately 250,000 features. The problem is that it doesn't draw all the features in the current extent, while the Js 3.19 api works perfectly with it.
The min scale is set at 10,000
The maxRecordCount is set at 1000
Can someone help me please?
