I'm looking into whether ArcGIS api will meet our mapping needs.
We have a featurelayer with our custom shapes (multi polygon) that describe our sales areas.
How does one from the client app extend featureLayer fields, or setAttribute on the featureSet? Our client app has the data given it is an interactive app where the user filters on various parameters and date ranges and dynamically generates the results for the sales area.
So the data has to come from the client app and not a "data store" on the ersi servers.
Is this even possible?
