Identify dijit from ArcGIS.com map?

Hello,
I was just wondering if the Identify dijit from the ArcGIS.com map is freely-available? The functionality looks very similar to the Identify dijit that I've been using (with some modification) from the Code Gallery here:

The layout/style of the ArcGIS.com one is better, in my opinion. Would the ESRI development team be willing to add this dijit to the Code Gallery?
