Max number of stops that can be optimized with time windows using RouteTask

I am evaluating the ArcGIS JavaScript API online, written a sample app, and have looked through the documentation but cannot find a clear explanation of the max number of stops that can be optimized with time windows using the RouteTask object if I were to pay for the ArcGIS service. What is the max?

I have the same problem working with directions component .. The maximum stops count is 10
