USA Parks - Boundaries don't match Community Basemaps?

Problem: I noticed that the Esri Community Basemaps and this USA Parks layer do not quite "match up".

This layer was really helpful for the #FireMappers project, but will likely take this layer out now that we realize it is in conflict with the basemaps.

Thank you for reaching out Bernie - while Esri investigates, #FireMappers is going to explore using these two layers from USFS and NPS...
