Hi,

I'm in the midst of configuring & upgrading to ArcGIS Maritime 10.9.

Unfortunately i'm stuck after tried to publish service definition file (Calculator.sd & ExportWebmap.sd) in order to configure the Custom Chart Builder (CCB)

Here are the default steps that i followed:
https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/deploying-products-on-demand...

i have also attached the failed message and log files message for reference.

Kindly please help and assist for this issue. Thanks

Hello,

Can you follow the steps written below? You can email me at psheatsley@esri.com if you continue to have problems.

  1. Sign in your ArcGIS Server Manager. This can be accessed from the Windows Start Menu. See Step1.png image.
  2. In ArcGIS Server Manager, Click Services > Manage Services > CCB Folder.
  3. Click Publish Service. See Step3.png image.
  4. Click Choose File and browse to the service definition file you want to publish. See Step4.png image. Default location is <InstallationDirectory>\arcgisserver\directories\maritimeserver\customchartbuilder\ServiceDefinitionFile.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Set Publish Service properties with Existing folder and choose CCB from the drop-down menu. See Step6.png image. Do not share to your portal or change the name of the service.
  7. Click Next. Service will automatically start .
