When I load 000 file in Pro，how to turn on/off Layers ?

when I load the 000 file in pro, see below,

the ‘display base’ turned off by default， I want to turn off the "land_area" layer, but turn on the "depth_area" layer （there are all in display base group）

 I want to have a layer turned on/off, is to turn it on/off in the  configuration file? can I do it？
