Add more information to ArcGIS Monitor 2023 alert emails

The emails that we get from ArcGIS Monitor 2023 do not tell us anything about the problem.  It would be helpful to have more information so that I can read the email alert from my phone and know immediately what type of action to take.  If we're going to get a link to the alert, it would be helpful if we do not have to log on to Monitor to access the alert.  If I want to forward the alert to someone, they'll have to have an account to see the alert.  It would just be better though if we had more information in the email.

This is an extension of the idea in the project plan to add more details to alert emails.  I encountered this today, and the details aren't part of the previous idea.  If I wanted to filter alert emails in the old version, I would usually filter on the subject line for critical vs warning.  In the current version, the alert type is not in the subject line.  In addition, multiple alerts may be included in a single email.  I received one today with a critical alert and a warning alert.  It would be helpful to

• have the type of alert in the subject line
• have the ability to bundle alerts or send single alerts in an email
• send only alerts of a specific type in a single email
