After upgrade 2023.3 to 2023.3.1 Agent not updated

After upgrading Monitor from 2023.3 to 2023.3.1 the internal ArcGIS Monitor agent did not update.
The update was performed following the DB bug which is no longer powered by the Monitor.

The monitor and the agent are on the same server.
Setup was performed only for the Monitor Server capability as the agent is already integrated within it.

How can I update the agent?

One clarifying question: is the agent showing as disconnected if you look at Monitoring > Agents?
