How to use Arcade to display attributes from intersecting layers in a sidebar

I am using ArcGIS Instant Apps Sidebar. I have a map that includes a layer group of about 10 layers:
When the user clicks the map, ordinarily they see a popup like this, which shows that there are several intersecting layers:
Rather than the user clicking through the 4 or more intersecting layer popups, I would like to display selected attributes from all of the intersecting layers in the sidebar (and disable the popup), with no duplicates.
Please can someone show me how this can be done with Arcade?
@KenBuja I see you have answered similar questions, do you know how this could be done?
